No Refunds, Chargebacks & Transfer Policy

All sales are final. All products and services, including but not limited to digital image downloads, printed artwork, albums, photo keepsakes, session fees, retainers, and image credits, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Due to the custom, commissioned nature of photography services and products, the Client acknowledges that all purchases are made with the understanding that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, rescheduling, dissatisfaction, or failure to attend a scheduled session.

In the event that the Client fails to appear for a scheduled session (“no-show”), all payments made will be forfeited in full.

By completing a purchase, the Client affirms that they are the authorized cardholder and agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute for services rendered or contracted. In the event of a dispute or chargeback, the Client agrees that this signed agreement, along with proof of booking, communication, and delivered services (if applicable), may be used as evidence to contest the claim.

If a chargeback is initiated in violation of this agreement, the Client agrees to be responsible for any fees, collection costs, or legal expenses incurred in defending the dispute.

By booking and/or purchasing, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
